TGMarket

MCP server for AI assistants

Connect TG Market to Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The assistant searches channels, reads cards and metrics, searches posts and calculates export prices for you — with your API key and the same pricing as the REST API.

Server URL (transport: Streamable HTTP):

https://tgmarket.io/mcp

Authorization. Free accounts with a verified email connect via OAuth (see below): a trial of 20 calls a day, no ad contacts, Free search depth. On paid plans calls spend credits. An API key in the Authorization: Bearer header requires a paid plan; without a valid key or OAuth login the server returns 401. Create a key in API keys

claude.ai and ChatGPT connect without a key, via OAuth: you log in to TG Market and allow access.

Connect

claude.ai and ChatGPT (connectors, OAuth)

  • claude.ai: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, URL https://tgmarket.io/mcp. Click Connect, log in to TG Market and click Allow.
  • ChatGPT (developer mode): Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create, URL https://tgmarket.io/mcp, authentication OAuth. Log in to TG Market and click Allow.

No API key is needed: access is granted to the specific app and charged like an API key. On the Free plan it works as a trial: a few requests a day with limited results. Access lasts up to 180 days and can be revoked any time in Dashboard → API keys → Connected apps.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http tgmarket https://tgmarket.io/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer mk_live_ab12cd34_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Cursor (~/.cursor/mcp.json or .cursor/mcp.json in the project)

Claude Desktop and clients without custom headers — via the mcp-remote bridge

    }
  }
}

Any other client: transport Streamable HTTP, the URL above, header Authorization: Bearer <key>.

Keep the key secret: everything the assistant requests is charged to your balance. Create a separate key for the assistant so you can revoke it independently.

Billing and limits

  • The MCP server is a thin wrapper over REST API v1: the same prices, the same rate limit (shared with REST requests on this key) and the same daily cap on unique channels.
  • Rows are charged at the field-set rate; a channel this key already paid for within 30 days is free — in REST and MCP alike.
  • Every tool result shows how many credits the call cost: credits_charged.
  • Exports are not ordered through MCP: the assistant only calculates the price (quote_export). Place the order on the website or via POST /v1/exports.
  • When the balance runs out or the rate limit is hit, the tool returns an error with the same code as the REST API (payment_required, rate_limited…).

Example requests

  • “Find English-language crypto channels with 10–100K subscribers and ER above 5%, sorted by 30-day growth.”
  • “Show the subscriber history of @durov for the last 90 days and compare it with similar channels.”
  • “How much would an export of all Hindi news channels with metrics cost?”
